When I read the article I kept thinking about how my family are nomads and we move a lot. Whenever things seem hard or out of control we would move to a different location that better fit our lifestyle. Even now, when I face certain conditions I find away to physically move myself in a direction that will alleviate any discomfort. Hence the long walks in the forest and wanting to stay out of the house as long as possible.
