Well the bible can go fuck itself imo, but I would be fine with taking the person behind the courthouse and shooting them in the head the minute the judge sentenced them to death. Of course there would need to be substantial legal system reform to help insure fairness of sentencing (in the sense that minority defendants are sentenced to harsher punishments than white people) and more stringent courtroom/investigative procedures to make sure people that are proven guilty are actually guilty.
