Kind of, but sex appeal is directly related to personality. A hot chic can become a hell of a lot less attractive if her personality is not attractive and visa verse.
IE, Gaga looks like a hooker on a hangover but her personality pulls it from the gutter and makes it attractive.
Ashley Simpson is attractive until you learn the 1st thing about her, or hear her speak.
That said, Ashley blows Gaga out of the water but given the choice as to which one I'd take to a seedy hotel for an evening? Gaga hands down.
She's got that haughty beauty thing going for her, but she's generic to me. She's pretty, but I'm not aroused by her. I don't really like tan blondes though.
