I didn't know you could refuse and/or talk someone out of a tattoo. Cause if someone wanted like, some Juggalo shit or their girlfriends name somewhere, I'd just be like YOU GET NOTHING, GOOD DAY SIR...and apparently that's not good "tattoo ettiqute".
On the flipside, people would also be coming in with awesome ideas and I'd be like SHIIIIT, WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT!?
